By creating an account on SenderBeacon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscription and Billing
SenderBeacon is a subscription-based service billed monthly. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
3. Service Scope
SenderBeacon monitors domain configuration and authentication signals such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, TLS, and DNS changes. The service does not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability outcomes, or protection against all email abuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use SenderBeacon only for lawful monitoring of domains you own or are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, delayed alerts, or DNS propagation delays outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
SenderBeacon is provided "as is" without warranties. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
